Also make sure to bring some off-tanks from other guilds in order to pick up the adds. It has infinite regeneration, so your DPS should pop all their cooldowns right away. In phase two, your lowest level player will be able to turn something into a weapon, make sure he picks the highest level player in the raid for maximum damage.
