Are We Gundam? Or Are We Isekai? Episode 6: Sarah the Gunpla Lorax

If Sarah weren’t such a quiet character, I wonder if we’d get lectures directed at Mass Divers. Alas, no such luck. Instead, this week we dive into the life of Nanami’s brother, Koichi. For some reason, he doesn’t want to hang around with a bunch of middle schoolers, but in the end, the power of friendship (I guess?) will compel him to give up any semblance of personality to join Riku’s cult force.

Are We Gundam? Or Are We Isekai? Episode 05: This Episode is a Commentary on Art

The end is in sight! COVID protocols in our state our loosening! But they're not loose enough yet, so we have to watch what Geremy hopes is the worst episode of Build Divers. A group of villains has been through the desert on a gunpla with no name! Will Riku and company be able to stop them? Or will some guy introduced this episode have to do it? Search your hearts, you know the answer.

Are We Gundam? Or Are We Isekai? Episode 04: Trouble With a Japanese Accent

Could Gundam Build Divers possibly be more boring? What if the main characters were mentored by a fully Sun Tzu plagiarist? And how cool can you make the Tequila Gundam? All these questions and more will be answered this episode. And stay tuned to the end where: gasp! Is Geremy and Zach's friendship.... over!?

Are we Gundam? Or are we Isekai? Episode 1: If You Get Knocked Out in the Game, Do You Get Knocked Out in Real Life?

With no ability to get together to record, and the desire to save finishing up Destiny for when we can do so, we've had to be creative about making new podcasts. To celebrate 2020 and the COVID crisis, Geremy decided we should watch something he thinks is even worse than Destiny. Why can't subtitlers tell the difference between the letters N and D? Who is this mysterious waif? And do any of these characters have a personality? Regardless of the answers, Gundam Build Divers will continue until morale improves.

What's A Gundam? 04

Due to a spike in Covid 19, medical scares on the parts of the hosts, and a wedding, we havn’t been able to record It’s A Gundam! in a few weeks. Which means everyone’s favorite emergency backup podcast, What’s A Gundam? is back, and we have so many questions! Who're the good guys in this show after all? Is that guy taking a bath in popcorn? Why's Relena in this episode? And many more! Listen and maybe we'll answer one or two of them. But probably not.

Phase 41: Not Your Daddy's Doms

This week on the podcast, everything's showing up from space, and Geremy makes a surprising amount of jokes about music! Plus, the final new Mobile Suits for the series are introduced: the Lemniscate Justice and the Dom. But not just any old busted Dom. It's the new, sexy Dom Trooper. Listen to find all about it and its trio of pilots!

Phase 40: Lieutenant Long Cry

It turns out that Ghost Dad has been guarding a golden ghost Gundam this entire season! He will bequeath it to Cagalli, but only if she succeeds at his quest. His quest which involves listening to his final words. His final words that make everyone cry. Well, except Erica Simmons. Which of the hosts will cry at these last words? You'll have to listen to find out.

Phase 39: Tinker Tailor Soldier DaCosta

DaCosta is back! But he messed up because he's an idiot, oh no! To defend her secret StarCraft factory from DaCosta's incompetence, Lacus Clyne has to launch The Eternal without any Mobile Suit pilots and try to escape from some Nazca class ships. Sure is a shame she has a newer, cooler, Freedomier nuclear Gundam on board with no one to pilot it. If only Athrun and Mu La.... I'm sorry, Captain Neo Roanoke could convince Kira to go help her. His girlfriend. Seems like something he wouldn't do on his own. You'll have to listen and see.

Phase 38: Gee Rey, What Are We Going To Do Tonight?

Try to take over the world! Or at least Heaven's Base. Lacus Clyne says if that falls, Orb will be next, but before that, Darth Shinn, his mentor Rey, and the girl he's feeling really awkward about will have to take over Heaven's Base. And they have not one, not two, but five Destroy Gundams! Do they combine into some sort of Destroy Megazord? You'll have to listen to find out.

Phase 37: Thanks For Reading My Fan Fiction Gil

Meyrin and Rey are writing more fan fiction this week in Gundam SEED Destiny, and it's all about Athrun! Speaking of Athrun, he's betrayed everyone, and Gil and Rey have to convince Shinn to kill not only him, but also Meyrin. That's certainly good for a growing boy's psyche right?

Phase 36: Meyrin Fantasy 16

After Chairman Durundal tries to gaslight Athrun into thinking Meer is the real Lacus and Kira broke up with her, he has no choice but to do some sweet James Bond stuff. Which Bond girl will he get to flee with him? And why does Geremy constantly doubt himself when he guesses the artists to songs even though he gets all of them right this episode? Listen and find out.
